Increase Your Budget with a $15,000 Equipment Grant

Our Smart Water experts have the equipment you need and the expertise to guide you through equipment selection, installation, and management.
We also recognize the challenges many organizations face in terms of budget. That’s why we’re available to help water authorities apply for grant monies. Ohio public water systems can receive up to $15,000 in grant funding from the Ohio EPA. Applications are due no later than February 23, 2024.
Allocated funds help community water systems purchase new equipment, including the following:
- Valve Exercising Equipment
- Clamp-on Flowmeters to Check Accuracy of Meters
- Pressure Loggers
- Pitot Tube Kits to Measure Hydrant Flow and Perform Hydrant Condition Assessment
- Amplified Listening Device to Detect Leaks in the Distribution System
- Metal Pipe Locators
- Training on the Use of the Equipment

Apply for an H2Ohio Grant
A new online application form is available in 2024. Online applications will be available January 8, 2024 and will remain open until 3:00 pm on February 23, 2024. A written award or denial will be issued by Ohio EPA within 60 days from the close of the application round.
